We want you to be happy with your purchase from CATEVO. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at jon@catevo.shop and we will do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Be returned in its original packaging

Include proof of purchase or order number
To begin a return, please email jon@catevo.shop with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as return addresses may vary depending on the supplier.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at jon@catevo.shop with:

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect item.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because many of our products ship directly from our suppliers, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at jon@catevo.shop. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has begun processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
CATEVO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly and then email us so we can try to help.
