Thank you for shopping with CATEVO. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Because many of our products ship directly from our suppliers, processing times may occasionally vary.

Shipping Time

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. Depending on the supplier, your location, and the items ordered, some orders may take longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may also offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders from time to time.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the offer will be shown at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple suppliers, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order ships separately.

Delays

While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

CATEVO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at jon@catevo.shop and we will do our best to update the order before it ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors

  • Contact the shipping carrier

  • Email us at jon@catevo.shop

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, but we will do our best to help you locate your order.

International Shipping

At this time, CATEVO only ships within the United States unless otherwise stated.
